The transaction involved the repurchase of a loan portfolio and the termination of existing obligations between the parties relating to the sale of the banking operations of the former Cyprus Cooperative Bank. Its completion marks the final unwinding of the arrangements implemented in 2018 and represents a major milestone for all parties involved.
