We’re happy to share that our litigation partners Sotos Kasinos and George Charalambous have contributed as co-authors to the first book published on the new Civil Procedure Rules, which were introduced in Cyprus in 2023 and aim to fundamentally reshape our system of civil procedure.
Sotos has co-authored two chapters, on Pleadings and Defendant’s Responses, and George contributed the chapter on Appeals.
A big thank you to the editors and fellow contributors for their excellent work and collaboration throughout this project. We hope this book serves as a useful guide for our colleagues as they navigate the amended procedural landscape. We are closely following judicial interpretation and future developments, and look forward to contributing to a second, updated edition in due course.
