Our litigation team has had an exceptional run these past two weeks, securing two interim orders on an ex-parte basis in two very different matters:
- Springboard Injunction: In a high-stakes commercial dispute, our team successfully obtained a springboard injunction on an ex-parte basis, preventing a party from gaining and retaining an unfair advantage arising from wrongful conduct. Acting swiftly and decisively, we ensured our client’s position was protected before the other side had the opportunity to cause further harm.
- Administrative Injunction – Stay of a Demolition Notice: In an entirely different arena, our team secured an ex-parte injunction in the context of an administrative recourse, successfully staying an administrative decision ordering the demolition of a telecommunications antenna. This required not only litigation expertise but a deep understanding of administrative law and the regulatory landscape governing the telecommunications sector.
Both matters were led by Partner George Charalambous, with the able assistance of Associates Kasianos Liasides and Maria Andreou.
We are proud of the breadth of expertise our litigation department brings to the table — from commercial disputes to administrative proceedings — and we look forward to continuing to deliver results for our clients.
