Dominique Pelides is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. She specialises in the legal and taxation aspects of private investment funds, as well as advising on international M&A and financing transactions.
Prior to joining Georgiades & Pelides LLC, Dominique was a Vice President in the Product Tax team at the London offices of BlackRock Inc. Before moving to BlackRock, Dominique spent seven years working at Clifford Chance LLP where she also completed her training contract, leaving as a senior associate within the Tax Department.
Dominique is a graduate of University College London with a degree in Law (first class honours). She completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (distinction). Dominique is fluent in Greek and English.
