The firm has had a leading role in advising companies engaged in the energy sector in Cyprus since its inception. The firm advised the operator of the first-ever awarded production sharing contract with the Cypriot government, as well as other operators with licenses to drill in the Cyprus Exclusive Economic Zone. The firm also regularly advises on all aspects relating to renewable projects (including permitting, financing, regulatory and construction issues), with involvement in seven renewables projects in the last year alone.
